Meet the Board

Our voluntary board members bring a wealth of experience, energy, and passion to Seagulls.

They guide and support our mission with insight from diverse professional backgrounds, ranging from finance and healthcare to digital innovation and social enterprise.

Our board

Each member shares our commitment to people and the planet, helping us grow sustainably while staying true to our values. Though they might not all be paintbrush-wielding decorators, they’re firmly behind the vibrant work we do and the community we’ve built.

Graeme Greenfield

Graeme is a chartered accountant who has recently retired from being senior partner in G L Barker & Co LLP. He is married to Sally-Anne and lives in Yeadon. In his spare time he is Chairman of the Leeds Modernians Rugby Club and Chairman of the Members Representative Group  for YCCC. You are more likely to see Graeme with a calculator in his hand than a paint brush!

James Meehan

Jim works in risk management for the NHS, he is a qualified Paramedic, a H&S professional, a chartered manager, and a guitarist in a punk band. Away from work he enjoys gardening, half finishing projects, good coffee and trying to entertain his four children.

Liam Cadd

Liam runs a Digital Transformation business following 10 years leading Sky’s digital transformation. Whilst he actively avoids DIY and decorating, he’s joined the board to support with sales and digital growth whilst also playing a part in shaping our future. He’s seen first-hand the amazing work we do for our people and the planet and is keen to see how that same passion and care can be brought into the corporate world.
