Once we have received your order we will call you if we need anything clarifying and when the paint is ready we call to let you know it is ready for collection.

Did you know we have a DELIVERY SERVICE within a 10-mile radius of Seagulls LS3 1JL? Just request delivery on the order form and a member of our team will be in touch to organise this with you.

In order to help our mixing team, we ask that you choose colours from the Dulux or Farrow and Ball Colour charts as we have plenty of experience mixing these colours. If you have a sample pot then let us know as it may be that we would like to see it to help us blend the perfect colour. However, if you want a specific colour from an item you already own, we can certainly match that for you too.

Please make sure you order enough paint for your project. We mix all of our paint by eye and because of this you will never get the same colour twice. If you realise halfway through your project you have not ordered enough make sure you order more for a top coat. DO NOT start your final coat and think we can mix the exact same colour as you will be disappointed!

Our mixing magic does not extend to specific colour matches for woodwork paint. The pigments we use are only suitable for water-based emulsion, so we cannot mix the same colours in gloss that we can in emulsion.
